Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of moodlensai.com and the managed application hosting service provided by MoodLensAI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing a hosting order, you agree to these Terms.

Registered business address: [Registered business address — to be added]

1. The service

MoodLensAI provides managed, Docker-based application hosting on shared infrastructure — for example n8n, WordPress and Laravel deployments — under fixed Starter, Standard and Pro plans described on our Pricing page. Each plan includes a defined amount of compute, memory and storage; deployments are isolated by container, not by dedicated server, unless you order a separately labelled dedicated/isolated plan.

The service is offered on an evolving, pre-launch basis. Some features described in our marketing pages may be in active development; we will not bill you for a feature that is not yet functional.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including everything deployed through it.
  • Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

Because our infrastructure is shared, misuse by one customer can affect others. You agree not to use MoodLensAI to:

  • Host or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Run cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service tools, port scanning, spam infrastructure, or other abuse of the shared node or the wider internet.
  • Attempt to access another tenant's container, data or credentials, or to circumvent the resource limits, network isolation or security controls of the platform.
  • Exceed the CPU, memory and storage limits of your plan in a way that degrades service for other customers — we may throttle, or ask you to upgrade, before suspending you for this.

We may suspend or remove a deployment that violates this section, with notice where practical, immediately without notice where we reasonably believe it is needed to protect the platform or other customers.

4. Payment and billing

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (typically monthly) at the price shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase or renewal. Payments are processed by WayForPay; we do not store your full card number.
  • Prices may exclude taxes that apply in your jurisdiction; where applicable, tax is added at checkout.
  • Refunds: unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable once a billing period has started. As a courtesy, we currently offer a refund on a customer's first paid subscription if requested within 7 days of the initial charge. This refund policy is a current default and may be adjusted — check this page or contact support for the version in effect when you subscribe.
  • If a payment fails or is charged back, we may suspend the related deployment until the balance is resolved.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the platform available and to back up hosted applications where your plan includes it, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not currently guarantee a specific uptime percentage or service level, and we are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including upstream provider outages, force majeure, or scheduled maintenance we announce in advance where practical).

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the application, code and data you deploy through MoodLensAI. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; automated backups, where included in your plan, are a convenience, not a guarantee against data loss.

7. Suspension and termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described in Section 4.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms (including Section 3), non-payment, suspected fraud, or a security risk to the platform.
  • On termination, we may delete your deployment and its data after a reasonable grace period; export your data before cancelling if you want to keep it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodLensAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected plan in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MoodLensAI against claims, losses and expenses arising from content you deploy, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or a third party's rights.

10. Governing law

[Governing law and jurisdiction — to be added once finalized]

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MoodLensAI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
